We've hit it early in the day, before the entertainment hours and it was empty. If you just want to check out the food and the surroundings, you could pop in and do lunch or drinks np. I liked it, but next time we go I'd like to try the evening with bands and dancers and I bet you a beer that an ADR would be the best idea for dinner hour!

We were in DTD after a cruise with my parents and decided to go VERY last minute on a Saturday night. I used the Open Table ap on my phone and got a 7:00 reservation for 7 at 6:30pm. There were later openings available, too. I don't know if this was a freak accident, but I wondered if they might keep a few tables open for non-Disney guests.

With the exception of the busiest times of the year (e.g., Christmas), you'll probably be okay walking-up to Raglan Road. Like the other DTD restaurants not owned by Disney, they hold onto some of their reservations to be made either directly through them or through other reservation sites (like OpenTable).

Just to continue to answer for others who might read this, it is very possible to be turned away. I have seen it happen in October. I have also seen 1.5 hour waits for a table and the bar was even full in October. So not a holiday. Both times may have just been flukes, but I wanted to say it DOES happen and not just on busy holidays.

BTW, we had reservations and were seated on time (actually early).

Confused, would I be turned away if I have reservation on open table?

I think LilyWDW was answering me more than you. I said that I thought walk-up were probably possible at Raglan Road except at the busiest times of the year. So she's just saying that they do occasionally turn away guests on non-holiday nights.

If you have a reservation, whether it's through Disney, OpenTable, Raglan Road itself, etc., you shouldn't be turned away. It might not mean "no wait" once you've checked in, but they won't turn you away either.

If you have a reservation, you should be fine. Sorry if that wasn't clear! Figment was right, I was just trying to point out that there ARE times outside of holidays and the like where I have seen long waits and people being turned away.

Raglan Road is one of my MUST DO locations.
