I was thinking of spending 1 night at WDW but only wanted 1-day park ticket. It looks like you have to have a minimum of 2-park days. Is that right?

You can book room only and then buy the ticket separately. If you are using a discount package deal it is possible the have a 2 day pass minimum so you either book room only and/or rack rate.

I booked one night (with a 20% discount) and one day ticket for MK for my kids and I for next month. You should be able to also.
