I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion where I can find Nintendo DS games that are inexpensive.

If you have a Gamestop near you, that's where we get ours. We buy the used ones and you can return them within a certain period of time too. They have really good deals.

We've gotten them from Gamestop too. You may have other local stores that sell used games too - just make sure you know the return policy.

If you don't mind older or not so popular (like Mario games, etc) Target has DS games for as low as $15. They also sometimes have some on clearance.
Keep an eye on Amazon's Video game deal of the day, I've gotten some games there at great prices.

etoys was having a buy 2 get 1 free on select games. I don't know how long the promo was running, this was at the beginning of the week.

Game Stop that's where we get ours. The only thing is they are used, but you have 7 days from date of purchase to return. We like that, because we can try them and if we don't like them we can return, but if they were new we would be stuck with a $30 game.

Do they have to be new ones? If not, Amazon.com has lots of used DS games in their Marketplace. Also, as some have mentioned, Game Stop is another good place to get used games.

I was in Big Lots today and I was surprised that they had several popular DS games for $18.88. I remember a couple of Lego games (Batman, Star Wars). It's probably on their website if they list the weekly ads.

Half.com and Amazon w/free shipping are usually cheaper than the stores unless the store is having a good deal-ToysRUs will be running a lot of BOGO "like" sales before Christmas.

We also go to Game Stop. :thumbsup2 It's a great way to "recycle" the games the kids no longer play, too. Turn them in and they can use the money towards stuff they want there.

Also try Toys R Us and Best Buy. They sometimes have bins with games for $5 - $10. Older games, not as popular but still fun. I got Sorry and a Pinball game and Namco Museum out of those bins. I've also seen older movie/TV games in there like Spongebob and Avatar and Happy Feet.

here in the st louis area, there are several stores (Slackers and PlaynTrade) I go in like every 2 weeks and asked if they have games without cases/booklets...I get games as low at $7, no more than $10...we dont keep the cases anyway, so it is a bonus savings for me!:woohoo:

i love half.com for everything....dvds, cds, books, games it is awesome!

gamestop and ebay because unlike disc type games they are really hard to destroy so buying used it great. I also find deals on new games on ebay.

A few times a year toys r us has good deals like buy 1 get 1 50% off or buy 2 get 1 free. If you buy games all the same price you get a really good deal. (the cheapest game is the discounted one) They just had the buy 1 get 1 50% deal but the buy 2 promo should be in Oct going off memory.
