Nine Dragons, Rose & Crown, or San Angel Inn: Which would you choose?

We have one opening for our upcoming trip, & we can't agree on which to try. We've eaten at SAI, but it's been a long time. At the time, we enjoyed it! ND & R&C would both be new to us. These are the only 3 restaurants up for consideration for this particular occasion. Also, this is for dinner, if it matters. All votes & input will be very much appreciated.

While I have yet to try Rose & Crown, we have dined at both Nine Dragons and San Angel and prefer Nine Dragons. The food had a nice Chinese flare with a nice kick on the Kung Po chicken. I was a little dissappointed with San Angel Inn the last two times we ate there and did not have it in our rotation last visit. While I love the ambiance to food was just so - so.

We are in a similar situation, picking between these and other WS restaurants each year, we haven't dined at any of these yet but Rose & Crown won for us. Les Chefs de France won last year.

Thanks to all who've voted. Nine Dragons is in the lead. Looks like I'm going to have to let my DH down easily & tell him his choice lost.
