Thanks Mel. When I start in the Spring, I can't go for more than a few minutes either. Seriously, if you tried it, you'll see it only take a few days of going to build up some stamina!
I tried it last time before we went to Disney (2009). Ron loves to jog (I prefer walking) and we both wanted to get in shape for Disney, so we went to the park (it's a big park) nearby several times a week. Despite my best efforts, I wasn't very good. The most I was able to do was a total of 6 minutes spread over 40 minutes in the park. Most of the time he was just (literraly) running circles around me.

I'll definitely try it again once spring arrives, but I have a feeling I'll mostly just walk.
