That is so excited that you got your bag or bags (he he he). I would be torn too. The first one I like the castle and signs but I don't know about the depression either. Was it just the way it was packed? I hope it pops out for you. The second one I really like the Mickey on the back. Maybe you will get fantastic luck and the third one will be just perfect. I really like the new 40th anniversary messenger bag. I am trying to resist the urge though since I just bought a coach bag that I really wanted.

Good call! I really liked the one on the right (the placements are much better) but the zipper thing would make me worry... I think it was wise to bring another bag into the equation!

Thanks for the encouragement guys! Glad you agree about the placement but the bump and zipper kind of worry me. Like you said, I'm crossing my fingers that the placement on the third is just perfect!

So our first day, we are going to DHS first thing in the morning. This would be an appropriate breakfast, right? I'm dying to try one of these cupcakes at Starring Rolls but I think if I eat actual breakfast and a CS lunch at some point, I just won't be able to squeeze this cupcake in and I just have to have it!

Yup, I'm with the castle and the banner, although the other one has the good Mickey at the back it wouldn't be facing out to be seen and therefore kinda gets less bonus points if you know what I mean? hmmm, wonder what the 3rd bag will bring, its cool that there all different but tricky also! Will you put on a photo of you carrying them Nikki, I'd love to see the Lucy compared with the other one (medium tote) I've looked for photo's of them being modelled everywhere!

Yeah, that's the bag I like too. I'm pretty sure the cupcake pictures is the Red Velvet but I also have my sights set on the Butterfinger cupcake I've heard about....

I did the same thing! I have typed in every possible google phrase to find picture of people actually carrying the bags! I should've known to take a picture of me holding them. I literally had the Lucy on one arm and the tote on the other arm, looking in the mirror trying to deside which style I like better. I have a few bags like the tote so that's why I want to go with the Lucy. I like the totes because they open nice and big and it's easy to find all my junk so I hope I don't regret the Lucy...

The cupcake looks yummy! I had a carrot cake cookie at Writers Stop for breakfast one morning and it was so good. I like carrot cake alright but it wouldn't be my first choice. We ended up there because someone that was with me had to get a coffee so I thought, why not? It was really yummy! So it may not have been a cupcake for breakfast but it definitely was an indulgent treat (hey, it had cream cheese - dairy - and carrots - veggie - isn't that good???)

Sooo......ugh, my mother is going to kill me because I think I am changing my mind about the bags AGAIN! I'm thinking I would be happier with the new Kristen WDW 40th anniversary bag! I really do like the Lucy bag but it's really not my style. I'm afraid I won't like the small opening. I really like to be able to just throw things in and open it up and see everything at once. Plus this one has a darker background so won't get dirty as easily and has more on it, closer together so there isn't a lot of wasted space, which I feel like there is on the sketch design. What do you guys think about this bag???

So.....we have now officially used our three snow days, with this latest ice storm today. Looking out the window, it doesn't seem like we should've had off today but Tom went out to salt the sidewalks and clean off the car and he said it's really bad. So two more months of winter and if we have to use another snow day, we'll have to make it up during spring break! It's nice to be off but I don't want to lose that! Luckily, I have no vacations or anything planned so I'm not too worried.

So while Tom was out there, he took some pics to remind us just how far we are from WDW!!

This is my wooded Mickey holding a sign that says "Merry Christmas!" He's been buried so long that I haven't been able to take him out!! At least you can't see that it says Christmas!

We've used all our days up too. If we use anymore, they add them on to the end of the school year first. That means...no time to pack for Disney?! (No, I'll have my suitcase packed in May anyway! )

I agree! I absolutely HATE the cold weather and the snow and ice make it so much worse! All winter long you can hear me saying, "I hate winter," at least once a day....but as soon as we get a warm spring day, I make sure I'm always saying, "I LOVE summer!" Much rather be too hot than even just a little bit cold!

What did my mom say? Well I emailed her my thoughts and she emailed me back with the information she got from WDW merchandising! She's the best! She likes it better too. Unfortunately, WDW merch won't allow you to order it through them at this point so you can only get it in the parks. Fortunately, I have a good friend going in April so if it's not available by then, she can pick one up for me!
