Well pleased that my friend Vicky phoned me up at work today (we both work for the local council) and asked us if we wanted to go to see the Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D. :3dglasses. She had won tickets so we are going on Sunday morning to Wimbledon (yes, no wombles or Vinny Jones) Odeon. Kirsty is espcially pleased as this is her favorite.

Will I be able to stop myself from singing out "This is Halloween, This is Halloween" as I did on my Hallowishes cruise last month.

Going to make a day of it and go for lunch.

Really excited. :Pinkbounc

This is one of my favourite films. Would love to see it in 3D

Some of my VMK friends mentioned this awhile ago to me. I think the idea is quite awesome, and congrats on getting some tickets! :woohoo:

I couldn't stop myself singing "This is halloween, This is halloween" on Halloween.

I have now checked the internet and there is a Giraffe restaurant nearby and hope we can eat here as I really like the atmosphere in these restaurants. :Pinkbounc

Sounds fab Sue ~ Hope you have a wonderful time.

We had a great time today. The film was great in 3D and I shed a tear seeing the beginning credits with the Disney castle in 3D. (I know I am really sad)

When the film ended a number of people were clapping and I joined in until Kirsty stopped me! :goodvibes

We had a lovely pub lunch and now can't believe how quick the weekend has gone.

Now it's stuck in my head and I can't stop singing it. Now it's a race to see if I can manage to stop before my DGF gets so irritated with it she beats me around the head with something heavy. Ladies and gentlemen place your bets

Not sad ~ just human :goodvibes

Glad you enjoyed this...my kids are Tim Burton obsessed, and this film comes out in our local-ish IMAX on december 1st, so we will be be going to see it then. I don't fancy seeing the scary bits in 3D though
