A bunch of pictures from the Nightmare Before Christmas make over of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.

The outside

In the stretching room, instead of the body of the dead captain, you see THIS!

The loading zone is now transformed into this. Rather than doom buggies you are now riding a Christmas sleigh.

The Birthday party room is now a Christmas party.

Jack Skellington and Zero make their appearance.

The graveyard scene is now covered in snow!

The singing bust are now singing pumpkins!!

Another reason to make a trip out to Disneyland Resorts. Although I hear there may be plans to do this at WDW. However, DLR has a bigger local market. Since there are a lot more first time visitors at WDW, they may not want to alter the attraction and keep it original. I guess time will tell!!!!

How cool.....:D Thanks for the pics....:D

Thanks for sharing!

I actually would prefer they keep the original @ WDW JMHO!

Great pictures Lion King, im looking forward to seeing this for myself!!!!

Way cool - too bad I didn't get there ;) - thanks for posting Dave

Cool pix! I hope they keep the original too - But if this is just a seasonal transformation - I like it!

Hmmm....some new things out there at DL since my last visit - Maybe I need to make a DL trip soon....

Be assured this is only a "haunted holiday" make over. It is actually the second year they have transformed the mansion at DL. Come Jan. the "originial" version returns.

Rumors say that WDW will get this next year...

Great pics, Dave! I was hoping that some of HM would be posted!
:D

Did everyone find one of the hidden mickeys pictured in that room?

Oh how fabulous!!! :) Thanks Dave. This looks really neat! I'm not a huge fan of this movie, but I can see how neat it would be to experience the HH with this theme. :)

Thanks for posting the pictures! I just returned from a weekend at Disneyland just to see the Haunted Mansion Holiday. I'm a huge Nightmare fan, and of course I love the Mansion, so it totally caters to my fetishes.
The Mansion is difficult to photograph - you did a good job! Yay Jack Skellington!

Looks like fun - I will have to plan a trip out there to see that in the next year or so.
