And then I kept watching and at 3 minutes in, I have to say I could not live in this neighborhood. Good grief.

We have a neighbor who does this at Christmas......They have there own fm broadcast system that is like the ones at a drive in theater so you can only hear the music on your car radio. If we close our drapes we dont even know its there ( except for some increased traffic on weekends). The town does make them turn it off at 10pm. He's invested over 10k in the system and his electric bill for December is over $800. He just loves christmas.
