nightly stays at Hershey through DVC

Anyone try booking a nightly stay at Hershey? Everytime i check they says its full or that RCI has not posted to DVC yet. This is very new that it is offered as a nightly stay, any ideas? I only have a limited window to go away b/c of a medical thing with my wife, so i am trying to see if anyone has any information? Is there a way to get on a wait bc every time i call DVC they tell me to keep calling back. thanks
