Night time EMH...How does it work? When/How to get Wristbands?

I've never done EARLY EMH's before (the operative word being EARLY -- I am NOT a morning person!) But the night time ones sound interesting and I'm wondering how they work. Do you have to get a wristband when you enter the park....what if you don't get one, then decide to stay? Do you just show your resort keycard anywhere or do you have to go somewhere special to have it scanned or something?

If you are a resort guest,get a resort times guide leaflet. It will list the parks and days
eg.
MON-
Morning- MGM Studios
Evening- Epcot
It will also say somewhere wrist band collection points for the park with Evening EMH.
Shortly before closing go to one of those points and show your Resort ID card. They will give you your wristband. After closing, only those with the bands can get on rides!
