Night of Joy....any info please??

Just wondering if anyone has done this and what kind of info you can give me. I'm looking for anything and everything on this event. I'm hoping it's something I can talk DH into this fall. I know there is a seperate ticket, but do you also need park admission? Are the performers there for both nights? If not, when do you find out which nights whos there? When do the tickets go on sale...and last but not least...are the attractions open during this time...or is this like one big concert or what are we looking at? Thanks for any and all help!

I attended in '00 and thought it was great. As for the rides, sort of like an E-night. All the info you need should be in those links. Enjoy.

Dan, thank you for the info. I have to thank you, not just for this info but for several of your posts. I've really enjoyed reading them, and your pictures are great. Most recently, your post about "live365" helped me out greatly. I've been listening to it quite often, and DH has now caught the Disney bug that I've been hounding him about for a couple of months now. We had decided not to go for spring break and go at Christmas...ok...but after hearing the music to Illuminations and the trac from the monorail...DH is thinking we should go for spring break too...as well as an adults only trip for Night of Joy. I'm thinking an AP is in our future...as well as DVC. Anyway, I don't think he would've been so excited about going so often if it hadn't been for your link to the wonderful Disney music. Thanks a bunch.
