Uber/lyft/taxi would be the only way to get there if you don't have a car. You can check the price using the uber or lyft app.

A little off topic from the original poster’s question, but my family went to Night of Million Lights last evening and we had a wonderful time. The volunteers were amazing and the Village is incredible! Please go and check this out!
