Nick's Make-a-Wish Trip!! Day Two updated! 2/28/09!

I am almost packed.. clothes wise anyways. You know how hard it is to get three kids to do anything? I keep telling them to decide what DS games they are going to take and to get chargers and cells and everything else totally ready.

Went to Walmart for some last min items and ended up spending over $100! All I needed was two adult toothbrushes and contact solution. But.. everyone wanted a new book to read on the plane and since it is Kayla's bday I let her buy two new shirts (which I notice she didn't put in the laundry to go on the trip, figures) and a bunch of little things, cereal and travel sized antibacterial wipes.. so on. Oh I also decided I needed a new razor so I got this cute little Venus travel kit that comes in a bag already.

It is so hard to believe in omg.. 36 hours we will be heading to the airport.

Wow!! I am so excited for you guys!! The anticipation is awesome! Enjoy every minute of it.

Good luck finishing packing! Sounds like you are pretty organized...even though you might not feel like it!

I tell you, the DISboutiquers have really spoiled my family. I want to give another thanks to everyone, I think that all the packages and clothes made especially for them has made this trip super spectacular!!!

We got this package a few days ago but with working everyday I haven't had time to get pics up.

Awesome Wish Shirts for the whole family. I am sorry but I guess you are all going to have to wait until the trip to see pics of DH and I. I hate having my pic taken. Now.. the kids can't decide if they want to wear these shirts on the plane or the actual MAW shirts.

I guess we will see when the morning comes.

Thanks for posting the Wish shirt pics. So far they are my favorite of the ones I have made. Your kids are way too cute.

Those shirts are great Amy...Wow, there really are some special out there, but than again your family is so deserving... What a special time this has been for Nick and your whole family. Thanks for sharing all of this with us.

I hope you can do me a favor...can you take some pictures of the inside of your villa? Jake really wants to see what they look like inside and I can not find any pictures...

Jake right now is having his own "Wish's" fireworks and parade right now in honor of your trip...

We are home! It was a long flight with some delays but wow.. we are so amazed with everything and brought so much stuff home that it will take days to just unpack!

I won't have pics for 5 business days since our MAW takes the memory card to make a scrapbook.

We met Becca and family.. actually ran into them just about everywhere it seemed like. Becca is the most wonderful girl ever! Kayla just loves her as does everyone else in the family!

I will update you all after things settle down, Nick is taking tomorrow off to recoup and then he has an infusion on Tues.
