About 8 years ago, we were in MGM and my DH started to feel faint. Turns out he was dehydrated and did indeed faint on me. We were sitting down at the time at a table outside the area that is now Playhouse Disney, which back then was a restaurant. Within about 10 seconds of him fainting, I had 3 CM's ask me if I needed help. DH came to very quickly, but they still called the paramedics for him and had him checked out. (Which by the way we never received a bill for.) While this was all going on, DD2 was strapped into a stroller. One of the CM's paid very close attention to her and gave her a bunch of stickers to keep her occupied. They took us up to the front of the park where the first aid station is located. They gave DH plenty of things to drink and a place to lay down for a while. After that, they arranged for a special shuttle to take us back to our resort, OKW. There were a lot of CM's that made this situation more bearable.
In May 2004, DH and I attended the DVC Member Homecoming event for the grand opening of Saratoga Springs resort. Once again, DH had some trouble dealing with the heat. One evening (thankfully not one where there was an event planned), he didn't feel well, so I ended up going to dinner by myself at Artist Point. Initially I asked to change our dining time to a later time in the hope that he would feel better. They were great about making the change. When he still wasn't feeling better, I decided to go alone. My server was wonderful. When I didn't eat all the bread at the table, I asked if I could have the rest to take back to our room for DH. Not only did I get the leftovers, but a bunch of fresh bread as well. As part of my meal, I had their wonderful Portabella mushroom soup. I asked if they ever give out any of their recipes and received it very promptly. Even though I was forced into dining alone, it was indeed an enjoyable experience.
When DD was probably about 3 years old. we were doing something at Guest Relations in EPCOT. Somehow the CM struck up a conversation with DD and they discovered their favorite character was in common...Simba. The CM pulled out a small plastic Simba and gave it to DD. She's almost 10 now and still has that little Simba.
Last year on our trip, DH took the "Magic behind our steam trains" tour at MK. The tour ran well over the advertised time and DD and I had a pair of fast passes for Space Mountain that needed to be used. We had found the tour group sitting at the top of the train station while the tour guide answered questions. We dropped DS off with DH so we could get back to Space Mountain. When we returned we found out that the tour guide had given DS a special certificate to be "guest conductor" on the train as well as one of the special pins that people received for going on the tour. He still has his "guest conductor" certificate and is looking forward to using it on our next trip.
I'm sure there are lots of other little things that have happened over the years. These are just a few that jumped out at me as I was reading the experiences others have had.
