Nicest Publix is surrounding area?

Hello fellow DVC members,

I was wondering if you could help me determine which is the nicest Publix (in terms of selection etc) in the area surrounding WDW (I will be at BW if it matters). I am also interested in which is actually easiest to get to. My GPS shows me 3 that are within a 4 mile radius:

1. Poinciana Place store at 2915 Vineland Road, Kissimmee

2. Xentury City Store, 2925 International Drive, Kissimmee

3. Regency Village Shopping Center, 8145 Vineland Avenue, Orlando

not sure of the ones you mention.
we stay at OKW every rear since 1995.
we go to publix behind the big church on I4 at exit 68 (sr535).
go out from downtown disney on hotel plaza blvd to crossroads traffic light.
turn right, go under I4, get in left lane.
make a left at the first light just past golden corral.
follow that road around as it winds past the big church, premium outlets, the old dolly parton show, bend right, go past mcdonalds on the left.
publix is in the next parking lot next to mickey d's
large selection food, wine, deli, beer, fresh prepared, etc.
beats the cost of restaurants every day.

That'll be number 3 listed above. We like this store and also number 1, which is closest to AKV
