Costco sells a big bag of frozen Kirkland meatballs. You could use half the bag to serve with spaghetti and sauce, and the other half to make meatball subs for another meal.

Those bags are huge! Unless you're serving 10 people, I'm guessing you'd have lots left over. I buy those sometimes and get 4 or 5 meals out of a bag.

FYI - I just went to check my bag and it said 28 servings of 5 meatballs - so 140 meatballs.
