Nice warm jacket or hoodie for tall women?

Athleta, Gap, ON, etc all carry tall sizes. At 6', about 95% of my wardrobe is from there. JCPennys has talls, Long elegant legs... I think the other posters have covered it all.

I just got a couple of hoodies from Amazon and I found Dickies to be pretty long. They are not super thick but they are a nice weight - I am in the CO mountains and need warm clothes in late Sept The one I got will work until I have to break out the big Winter coat, and then I will just wear it as a layer. NorthFace has a lot of stuff that can be termed unisex (though they do have mens and womens). The cuts are only slightly different and because they do lots of colors you can find men's items that still have nice bright colors and accents.

I am only 5'7 (slightly less) but I'm long for my height in the torso/arms. I really liked my denali and I also bought a rain jacket from them. The denali is grey/white heather and I don't honestly know if it's a mens or womens (though I think it does taper in a bit and is a pretty good fit for my size normal clothes so I think a womens is most likely) and my rain jacket is a bright light green (almost dis green) and is a men's. Both fit me fine and they don't look mannish at all.

There is a NF outlet in Orlando at the premium mall by Universal. Go there. I had much more luck there than any of the random retailers that carry NF.

I'm almost 5' 11" and I pretty much shop only at J Crew. It's my favorite style of clothing and they are more quality pieces than other places. Don't get me wrong - I love a good Target shirt, but for pieces that will last and fit nicely Ill splurge. For me this mostly means for outerware and pants. J Crew has a ton of tall clothes - jeans, shirts, dresses, coats. I have 2 coats from there that I love. Banana Republic and Loft have tall as well. Additionally I have a number of NorthFace. I have a great trench that the sleeves are long enough, a ski jacket and the soft shell. Basically I've learned what I can fit in and become brand loyal. It's not easy for us tall people but its getting better!

I'm 6'0 and find that north face jackets fit me pretty good.
