Well, according to google map, that is just north of downtown Orlando. Some town that will be within driving distance of that will be Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park and even Lake Mary would be duable. With most of those area you will need to travel I-4 which can be a nightmare. But there are always back roads that would get you there.

As far as schools, we are in Seminole county and are very happy with the school system. We have heard bad things about Orange county schools but since we don't know anyone that attends them, I can't really back that up.
