Nice dinner restaurant near airport?

I'm meeting a friend who'll be in Orlando on biz. We're not familiar with that neck of the woods. We want to have a nice meal, preferably not one of the noisy chains. Something with healthy food, good wine, nice ambiance would be perfect. Can you help me find this dream restaurant? Thanks ever so much.

A few years ago, we spent the night at the Hyatt Hotel attached to the airport. We had dinner in the hotel resturant. It was very nice and the food was excellent. I don't remember the name. I'm sure you could find it on the hotel's website.
