We may stay at The Swan next trip-and Dh & I enjoy having wine and appetisers at night

Inside the Boardwalk just before the elevators located on the Inn side there is the Belle Vue Lounge.

I second the Belle Vue Lounge at the Boardwalk Inn (above Flying Fish Cafe).

I also like the Crew's Cup Lounge at the Yacht Club (attached to the Yachtsman Steakhouse) and the bar/lounge at the entrance to Il Mulino at the Swan.
