NHS in BVI?

Does anyone know if you can get NHS care in the British Virgin Islands? We're going to visit there and if we like it look into buying a house.

I don't think that NHS care is available as such. There is free health care for certain groups of people including: children, the elderly, the mentally ill and health care workers (can't remember the rest). I think a lot of the health care is private. I know that you can get access to specialised health care in the UK. Having said that it's a few years since I studied, so things could have changed!
