I'm a Pat's fan and have no problem with Denver winning ...they were the better team.

Really? I love when people call the Patriots cheaters -it shows how truly jealous they are. Bet you wish your team made it to the AFC Championship game 10 out of the last 14 years? If they've been cheating every year, maybe the NFL should do a better job policing them ..I mean they did such a good job with the whole deflate-gate issue.

But while we're on the topic of cheaters ..hmmm, I would love to know what Peyton's wife was doing with all that HGH. It couldn't be for Peyton ...we all know he would NEVER cheat. Bwahahaha!

Right ...they're happier that the Patriots lost than they are their team won. Speaks volumes for Patriots.

I used to think of the Patriots as nothing more than the team that got pounded by the '85 Bears and Brett Favre, they have definitely come a long way in 14 years, from a joke/irrelevant franchise to the 4th or 5th best all time, hard to not respect that I guess

My team - the team that beat the Pats twice in the Super Bowl - stunk this year, so I have no horse in this race. But I gotta say that I'm happy that the Broncos won, and that other team lost.

Sour grapes much. I may not be the expert you claim to be but I know enough football to see that Peyton is the best. Your bias does not make you an expert, just a Brady fan. When your guy throws interceptions in the process of losing it is hard to claim he was the best.

I can say with absolute confidence that I have no "sour grapes" at all. The better team won, Denvers defense overpowered the NE offensive line ...resulting in interceptions -sure. But by no means was Peyton anything I would consider calling "best" of anything ...that would be insulting players who are "best" and I'm sure Peyton would be the first to agree.

The fact that the Patriots made it to this point with the losses they suffered over the course of the season is pure will. At some point you have to accept what you're working with and get the most of them -and I feel they did that. To me that is a successful season. In fact I'm confident when they get the missing linemen back and running backs back they will be quite competitive again next year. You should have heard the New England fans going crazy last year after they won the Super Bowl and they let Revis and Browner just walk! The team was doomed this year! To top that off, Brady wasn't going to be able to play with deflated balls. Guess what ...it didn't matter.

For someone who knows football, calling a 90 qbr isn't horrible. Brady was a 56 qbr so Manning did better tonight. Yes, his D helped win the game but that is a blanket statement for any game. It's hard to win if your D has a bad game.

Believe me - we care about our own team! Evidenced through the huge rally in Denver, to the fireworks that were shot off throughout the city by fans, to the huge game celebrations, to the excitement during the award ceremony, and more. I don't think it's the actual Patriots team that most people don't care for - it's Brady. I think most people understand that there are good and bad players on every team across the nation. The reason why people go after Brady more than say, Manning, is because of all the controversy that seems to surround him every now and again (whether it's justified or not).

I'm sure that giving the losing team a razzing isn't something that's isolated to just Broncos fans.

Who exactly knows what the meds were used for if his wife even actually received them. No one knew they were expecting kids, and its still a giant mystery around that. They are very private people, and maybe his wife was needing them. We don't know!
