I think as a non-drinker, I probably just notice those who are drunk or tipsy more easily. And again, as a non-drinker, I probably find it more irritating than most. I don't have a problem with adults having a drink or two on their vacations or park visits. I might be inclined to have a drink once in a while if I could (can't because of mediation I take.) But is it really the place to get drunk or tipsy? For me....nah. Of course, I'm also that person who, outside of college years, has never understood the drinking culture where I live. People here seem to need a drink if their hand at all times (evenings, weekends, kids birthday parties, trick-or-treating, etc.) It's just different than how I grew up, I guess.
