Next DVC offsite resort

There are few places in the US that are not too seasonal. Other than HI and WDW, I can't think of any other place off hand that is not too seasonal to work well on a points system. Personally, I think this is one of the problems with HH and VB (more so HH). It can work great for the developer because they keep selling points which the buyer is looking at as prime time but only a relatively small percent of owners can reserve prime time. I think one of the problems is that DVD didn't realize this and assumed since it was Disney, everything would sell accordingly. And while I think he seasons are about right for HH, I don't think the points spread is quite large enough for the difference in demand. The spread from Adventure to Premier should be at least four times and likely better at 5 times.

Places like Southern CA, Disneyland and HI are the only other places that come to mind off hand as low enough seasonal variability to be worth considering. HI is too far and I think DVD has already spoken to SoCal. Unless they can work out a DVC right on property at DL, I think it's done either with SS or EP at the lastest.

Perhaps your right. There is a time to stop. My opinion is that the large quantity of onsite DVC options somewhat limits the trading power of DVC......
