You have to use Upper case where the user has uppercase and lower where there's lower.

For example:

I can't say cl_gbshorts, I'd have to have CL_GBShorts.

but I've tested it ad nauseum...it's fact.

They haven't taken the titles away, but changed how you can use someone's name. So, expect lots of friend requests for ZetaFairy so that we can say it. Is someone the owner of the character Zeta? So that we can make friends with her too, and be able to say it?
