Disney EXTENDS Legacy Passholder Discounts Again

“Last we heard, the discount had been extended until April 30th. Now, that date has been pushed back to May 31st, 2021. Keep in mind that May 31st is not when your discount will expire — Disney has stated that “this date will be automatically extended until new membership offerings areannounced.” But for now, that is the expiration date your Disneyland app will state.”

AJ is behind! I noticed that change on my account a few weeks ago. Come on "membership" announcement! Not going to pay $209 for a 1 day park hopper!!

How do we make Disney change their minds? I'll add it to every survey I get.

You’d also have to convince them to stay at limited capacity.

Perhaps they will keep cavalcades at the other parks, but it would be very challenging in World Showcase once crowds are closer to normal.

That’s one reason why they stopped doing the double decker character bus long ago. Too difficult to maneuver crowds in World Showcase.

It’s either already too crowded now to keep doing them, or they will be upping capacity soon and it will not be feasible to run cavalcades throughout the day in the near future.

I also posted on another thread ... but HS is also oddly sold out on November 22nd ?? Sure that's the week of Thanksgiving, but it's available the rest of that week including Thanksgiving day. What's so special about 11/22?

I posted that last week! The blogs were making a big deal out of it, as if November it’s self was already starting to sell out! The only thing I could really come up with is, same as you, it’s the beginning of Thanksgiving week!! Why so popular for Hollywood studios? I have no idea!

Maybe just that everyone arriving over the weekend wants to start their week at DHS? Back in the olden days, MK always was busiest on Mondays.

I was thinking its a good cross over day - those attending the week before Turkey day and those coming for it.

Hmmm... it says they're hiring for Quick Service restaurant workers. It doesn't say anything about table-service jobs, unfortunately.

Well we know Patina restaurants are looking- they have hiring bonuses. And there's a FB group rumor that hiring/call backs are happening for Boma and Tusker House. So maybe it's coming back slowly?
