Yeah, it really is everything related to traveling to Disney that is the biggest thing preventing us from even considering a trip.

The thought of flying or driving 20+ hours to get to a state with not so great looking statistics where I then are to quarantine for 2 weeks, and then another two weeks when I get back home, etc

There is really nothing Disney can do to get me to travel to Disney at this point

Sorry this is me catching up but I totally agree. It isn't Disney's fault I am not going to Disney lol, its society!! It's the numbers! It's the lack of vaccine!

Trying to stay positive though, you have to imagine each day we gotta be getting closer to a vaccine etc. n

I assume they are having staffing issues as well. No CP means a lot less labor available, and I'm sure that there are a good number of regular CMs who left the area when the closure became indefinite and furlough ran out.

They are also SUPER not hiring right now. We're gonna see I guess!

I recently bought a rug in a similar pattern because it reminded me of Spaceship Earth. That was not officially Disney, but looked close enough to make me happy.

They are definitely keeping this expensive to try not to hemorrhage more money than they have to on switching to virtual. I think they are hoping that people canceling trips or people who didn't plan to go at all this year will bite.

Also shows to me that many signed up are going for the refund rather than the virtual. I chose refund.
