News Boys if Red Car Trolley is being refurbed?

I noticed the red car trolley is being refurbed during our April visit. It's still showing performances by the Red Car Trolley News Boys... but is that accurate? Do they still do performances if the trolley is out of commission?

The red trolleys were down when I went a few weeks ago, but they still do the show. It’s slightl lu different in the way they arrive and depart, and Mickey comes out of CCR rather than a trolley. Show is in the same spot (in front of CCR).
