The only part that was annoying about it was the fact that something would be going on but the guy with the camera would be pointing elsewhere and wouldn't pay attention to the goings on!

Maybe they did that to make it more intense, but I can understand how in the end it may come off as annoying!

Is it worth renting the DVD?

I used to work at Rave Motion Pictures...I saw every movie of 2007. I saw HP 5 before it was released!

i think it'd be pretty good as a movie but the book was terrible for a few reasons. it seemed like it was just a plot synopsis of a well-written novel. there was no attempt at developing a back-story, it's a very direct storytelling and i found it hard to read because of that, as ironic as it sounds. while some people might enjoy that, i hated it.

the plot was intriguing enough.

and sam, i'm no lurker! i just don't have much to talk about hahaha.

I wanna see The X-Files movie.

I saw the trailer for the X-Files movie, I wasn't that much impressed.

On the other hand,my movies buddy eagerly wants to see the new thriller starring Liv Tyler (can't recall the title)..

I don't know if I'll be joining her! The trailer freaked me out!

The series (or what I've seen of it, I was scared too most of the times!) was far more complex/intriguing/scary than what this movie appears to be, in my opinion.
