I am almost through with my GD test! It hasn't been so bad. My nurse is a friend from high school (my best friend's sister) and she is taking good care of me. They were behind (there have been tons of layoffs there and they are now understaffed) so my 1st draw was at 9:15, then I had to immediately drink the orange stuff. I stayed until 10:15, for the 2nd draw. The waiting room is so packed that I ran home before the 11:15 draw, and again now before the 12:15 draw. The nurse put in a line (don't know what it is called) so she only had to stick me one time. It is aggravating me right now, but so much better than having to be stuck over and over. My 4th and final draw is only 45 min away, so it is almost over. And dh is going to be waiting at a little restaurant here in town at 12:20 with our order ready to go (I hope!). We have to be a dd9's play at 1, so I won't have much time. I'm so hungry I'm sure it won't take me long to eat!
Hi december,
Sorry if you posted about this previously and I just missed it. Is there a reason why you had to do a 3hr GD test? I just had my 1hr done last week. No calls from my doctor so I'm hoping for ok result.
I'm just curious. I hope your results are good!
Sorry to hear about that.

. It took them forever to get our food, and we walked into dd9's play just as the curtain was going up. She did great on her solo. We saw her kindergarten teacher (this woman is wonderful, and has been trying to get pregnant since we met her when she taught ds11 kindergarten-life is not fair) and she offered to bring dd9 home after school. Dh is going to pick up ds11 at the middle school, so I'm heading to bed. I'm ok, but not feeling great.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

I have been pretty busy this week trying to get everything of Madeline's priced so I can sell it at the sale, plus trying to tie up all of the other loose ends before we left.
Sounds like doggie is NOT adjusting well to all the changes. Good luck with him-if he is mad over the move I can't wait to hear how he likes the baby!
