Well I just feel like poop today. I had to be at work at 7 this morning (and today is my birthday!) for a meeting in which the person who initiated the meeting showed up almost 45 minutes late because of the time change.

I am doing well. BFN last month so I can't join you guys quite yet!! Trying a new cocktail of supps and vitamins this months so fingers crossed. How are you doing?

Sorry to hear about your BFN. I hope your new "cocktail" does the trick this month.

Here is my birth story... It went really fast! I am still really wobbly, and dizzy.. And very off balanced.. But that is most likely because I just lost a ton of weight!!


Tuesday I went to the Dr. and she said I was already a 3, and stretched me. Then told me to walk, walk walk.. and come back the next day. So we took the kids to the park, and I was all over that big toy. I looked a SIGHT Im sure. Anyhow.. My mom kept the kids overnight, and Frelan and I were like NOW WHAT??? We have never been without our kids! So we ate dinner and went to bed. Living the high life, I tell ya! The next morning I woke up with TONS of pressure in my pelvis, and I called my mom and told her I thought today was the day!! Frelan and I went to Walmart and picked up some hospital snacks, and headed off to the Dr.s office. She checked me, and I was a 4! And my contractions were coming every 5-10 minutes. She wanted me to get them a little closer together, and head on in! So we walke some more, and that was it. I was in full on labor! We stopped for dinner, and headed off to the hospital! We checked in, and got situated.. They hooked me up, and away I went! I was a 5 when they broke my water, so they told me I should go ahead with my epi.. So I did. they gave me a little pitocin.. and I fell asleep. They woke me up an hour later, and I was a 10!! Time for babies! it is a little disorienting to wake up and be told to push.

Anyhoo.. I push once or twice, and little boys heart rate started to drop, s the doc vacuumed him out, reached up and pulled out little girl. It was very fast. Really. They woke me at 11:30 to check me and I had babies at midnight. They are gorgeous.

All day Thursday we had people in and out of the room doing all kinds of testing on them. ALL DAY. They had low blood sugar at birth, so they had to get tested every couple of hours.. Then Jasmine failed her hearing test.. 3 times. All kinds of other stuff going on because they were early. Car seat test, Umm.. I dont know.. Im still a little out of it. I feel like I got hit by a truck. I guess squirting out two babies will do that to ya.

Nursing is going VERY WELL with Jasmine. She is doing KILLER! Greedy, hungry little thing. Vincent.. not so much. The lactation consultant isnt hopeful for him. his mouth is very small.. to small for my nipple. Plus, until my milk comes in.. there just isnt enough to feed them both.

They are both SUPER healthy, and wonderful!! CUTE too! Jasmine looks just like Mikalah.. JUST LIKE her! Vincent looks like Mr. Magoo. I LOVE it! He is my grumpy old man, and I swear.. I could just eat him up!

congrats on your twins Emily is now 4 months old and I need to get more pictures of her. I have a cute one of her with santa when she was one month old unfortunately it not online. She is sitting on his lap and pointing at the camera She is such a camera ham she loves pictures always posing herself. She also knows when she is on webcam and behaves. She is such a ham. Emily has also started babbling and sometimes we get high pitched squeals and lots of giggles. We are starting her on rice cereal now

Hope Lauren (formrcstmbr) does not mind me sharing the info but she had her beautiful baby boy!!!! Both of them are doing well.

8lbs 9oz ... 22 inches long...born at 2pm!!!!



He is beautiful I have seen a pic, but I will let her share him with all of you once she is able!!!!

Good Luck. DH's cousin is due today and we are waiting on pins and needles waiting to hear anything. She will be the first baby girl in the family in a LONG TIME. Since the cousin's birth actually!

We've had two new additions to my family this week. My cousin's wife had their baby, Noah, in Washington D.C. a few days ago and Tom's cousin's girlfriend had their baby, Victoria Joelyn, on March 3rd!
It's crazy, baby fever! (mmm banana sounds good!)

Thats always good to hear. I'm glad you stick around here, it's nice to see you and always a pleasure to see your cutie!

Yeah!!! I'm so happy to see the pics of 3 new babies!!!

Your babies are so adorable and it just makes me want to see my own little soon-to-be-born Elizabeth even more! (I wanted Jasmine but my DH nixed that so I'm glad someone else has it -- I think it's a great name...loved it before the whole Aladdin movie ever came out).

Today we made "Big/Little Sister" t-shirts and then matching ones for "Proud Mommy/Dad", too. It was fun to do and got my DD3 even more excited about her new baby sister.

I have been feeling well other than lack of energy and some constipation issues (over sharing I know) but those are normal pregnancy issues.

Awww, congrats on the beautiful new babies!!! I can't wait until I get to post photos of my little one! I hope a speedy recovery for the mommies.

We went to a baby show yesterday and we got to see all kinds of cool baby things. We found a photographer that makes albums of baby's first year and they do all kinds of beautiful photos and at Easter they bring in live bunnies, and baby chicks for summer, and they are so cute!!! I can't wait.

yay, Friday was my last day of work so now I am doing a mountain of laundry and cleaning...everything is a wreck and I can't stand it anymore.

We have our gender ultrasound in 4 weeks, I can not even wait! Then I can start buying stuff.

My big ultrasound is March 27. And my assistant sent out an email to my entire library system to save the date for my work shower. It's going to be huge! We have 4 branches and over the 9 years I've been here, I've worked at 3 of them. It's gonna be great.

We have our gender ultrasound in 4 weeks, I can not even wait! Then I can start buying stuff.

I have 6 weeks til our big U/S date. I can't wait to find out what we're expecting. Hoping for one of each. But any two healthy babies will do just fine!
