Don't encourage him! I'm going on a 4hour ride with him tomorrow and there's lots of gallops on it, I'll cry if he ruins it by being stupid. I used to be able to canter him with no reins behind people and race them because I was always able to slow down and fall behind if need be, ever since we switched to haylage he has acted like he's drunk.

So cantering is in between a trot and a gallop? Am I right with that? Oh that Haylage stuff makes you crazy. I had some just the other day and I am still feeling the affects of it.
