Just thought I would say hi to everyone, new to this site, and am loving every message - especially those from the great white north.

Staying at CBR in May, never stayed on-site before, and I can't wait.

We are a HUGE theme park family. Busch and Kings dominion in Virginia last summer, Cedar point the year before, and of course the 5 previous Florida trips. My teenage son allso works at Wonderland, guess we have coasters in our blood.

Hi there, I'm fairly new to the site too. We're big Disney fans here as well, and we're heading off to WDW soon! I haven't been since the 1970's as a kid, DH has never been, and DD is going for the first time as well. We've been to DL quite a bit, it's much closer for us on the west coast.

We've also never stayed on-site before. Maybe the next trip!

CBR is great, we stayed there in Oct.

tinkerbell6: You are going to be in for one big shock when you see the changes since 1978 ( I went there in '77 & '78 too.) And also how different it is compared to DL. But then again I haven't been to DL since '81 so it's probably ALOT difference too!

Welcome to the Canadian DIS Board canucktyke! I have only visited CBR so far, but I think it is a very pretty resort! Don't hesitate to ask any question you may have in planning your trip!

Hi, and Welcome to the DIS ! We stayed at CBR last Feb for 2 weeks. The resort is beautiful, and we loved being able to see some of the "higher fireworks" from Epcot's Illuminations right from our very own beach The resort is very large, and we did find it quite a hike to the food court for our DS who was almost 3 yrs old at the time. But since your DS is a teenager, that won't be a problem for any of you.

Welcome to the DIS!!! I am a relative newcomer to the boards to and I can't believe how much information I've picked up! And the people are so nice too!

We stayed at CBR in 2000 and it was fabulous! The caribbean atmosphere really made us feel as if we were on vacation and the pastel colours were so pretty! The pool was great and the food court was fine for us.

We have been season pass holders at Canada's Wonderland for years and as good as it is, it can't compare to Disney World! Hope you have a great trip!!
