Hi! I'm Alli. I'm a newbie on here, so I don't really know anyone.

Stuff about me: I love the Jonas Brothers and Twilight. I love reading big thick books. And I have always liked the idea of becoming a musician some day.. I'm working on it with my guitar!

Good luck with your dream of becoming a musician....I'd love to hear you sing or play- whichever...Do you have any videos of your work???

Oh, and my sister loves the Jonas Brothers- thus, I can't walk into her room without feeling like 200 pairs of eyes are staring at me...x) She's 16, almost 17.
Which reminds me, How old are you?

I'm thirteen...Yeah, it's a big letdown probably...Seems like everyone hates 13 year olds...Well, everyone except 13 year olds. haha.

I'm 15. And no, I don't have any videos up... yet. The problem is, we haven't had bought a camcorder in years so you can imagine what ours is like: old and the battery doesn't last 5 minutes.

At least you didn't break your camcorder...Me and my friend broke my moms old camcorder on accident making videos...She let us use it, but wanted us to be carefull with it...The cord was about to snap anyway, so...

Hi there! Welcome to the DIS! Don't worry, I'm a Twilight fan as well Steer clear of the "What do you think of Twilight" thread, however, because it may give some false impressions. Everyone on the DISboards is really friendly, though. How cool that you want to be a musician! I myself just started guitar a few weeks ago, but I've been playing piano for quite a few years now. Anyway, glad to have you on board and I hope you enjoy the DIS!

Hi Alli! I'm River.

I really enjoyed the twilight series. I always explain it like this. It's like cotton candy, it's light and fluffy and doesn't have much substance but it's still fun and enjoyable. I can read and enjoy it for being fun and then still pick up dickens and really enjoy that as well.

What other books have you read/do you like?
Have you read any Austen? Or Bronte? If you like romance those are amazing, especially Jane Eyre.
