Hi Everybody!

I new here and I'll be taking my first trip ever to Disney World!!! :cheer2:
I don't know who is more excited me or my little boy! (I think me)
Anyhow any info I can get from you guys would be ggggreat!
I'd like to know really good attractions for preschoolrs if ya'll know of any!
Thanks!!!

First thing first welcome!!

There are a ton of things to do with a preschooler. Alot of what you ride depends on how outgoing your son is. DS was just over 3 this last trip and he rode everything he was tall enough to get on. BTMR and Star Tours are 2 of his favorites, but for others may be to intense. I would have to say a don't miss attraction is Mickey's Philharmagic at Mk. All 4 kids (mine plus a cousin) would reach out to "catch" the 3D images. They also loved The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh....I think it was more the black light that made socks, shoes and T-shirts glow...we must of rode it 3-4 times this last trip. Have a great time. :bounce:

princess: Welcome to the DIS!

It is more exciting for the parents to take the pre-schoolers. My son was 18 months old when we went last and now we're all excited about going this summer.

When we went these were the rides he loved

Magic Kingdom:
Jungle Cruise ( I was kind of surprised, but he really enjoyed this one)
Tiki Room
Dumbo
Tea cups
Peter pan's magic flight
Winnie the pooh
carousel of progress

HE LOVED THE PARADES!, but was kind of frightened by the fireworks.

MGM:
Playhouse Disney was a favorite

Epcot:
River of time (mexico)
the playgrounds in some of the future worlds
Mother Earth

He loved the fountains

Enjoy your trip with your pre-schooler,

My preschoolers spend a lot of time(LOVED MAGIC KINGDOM) in Fantasy Land and Buzz Lightyear. I was very surprised how much they enjoyed the SpectroMagic Parade and playing with the other children at the bus stops and pools (so make sure you plan to have a little down time away from the parks/rides as they will most likely need and love "regular" stuff too, just hanging out was pretty magical!

Welcome!!!! Going to Disney IS Exciting, Isn't it?! I've been many x's (have lived in FL for Lots-a yrs) But am still just as giddy, when I go now, as my 1st time. We took both of our daughters to Magic Kingdom for the first time-When they were preschool age (4). I think that is the Perfect age!! I concur (Love that word-Hee, Hee:)) with "mikymouse" about Fantasyland being our kids' favorite!!.....Carousel, Tea cups, Dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, etc., etc. They also enjoyed the Indy Speedway Cars in Tomorrowland and of course meeting the characters & the parades-Wonderful too! My oldest dd thought princesses were great, Still does & On her first trip to MK it brought tears to my eyes to see just how excited she got during the parades. She saw Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, etc. And In her Most Enthusiastic voice, She called out to each & every one of them, While waving her hand like a Wild Child! She was So Dang Happy, She absolutely Loved it, So did I-I enjoyed seeing the parade in a whole new way-through a 4 yo's eyes!....awww, The Memories, Gotta luv em'! :) OK back to what I was sayin' (sorry  ) For the "daring" pre-K kid....Splash Mnt & Big Thunder (my 4 yo was tall enough & although she wasn't sure at first about going on....She had a Huge smile on her face as we were getting off & prob. would have gone on them again). Before I took my girls this last time I went on the Disney web site & talked with them about the rides (the site has pictures too)....We discussed what rides they wanted to do most. We made a point of it to be sure to go on those rides. Our last trip was the Best Ever!

Well, Have a Super Fun, Magical time at Disney!!!!! :woohoo: :yay:
