Will be booking our flights on SW from SDF to MCO for this Sept.. The flights I am booking an nonstop. Anything I need to know about booking? I can use Magical Express...right? We are staying at WL. I am very nervous...hate flying. I would hate for our flight to be changed from non stop to a lay over.
Thanks!

You flight won't change but if you haven't booked I suggest you book now.

Print out your boarding passes from home 24 hours in advance of your departure time. Do likewise from your hotel on the return trip.

I flew SW two weeks ago. My group was booked on two different reservations for the same flight. The "A" group boarding passes were all taken within 1/2 hour of the 24 hour period. Consequently I had one reservation with an "A" boarding pass and the other with a "B" boarding pass. Not a big deal, since there were plenty of seats to choose from even for the "B" group, but if you have a particular seat that is comforting to you, then get your boarding pass as close to the 24-hour period as possible.

AHHHH>>>>I am getting nervous now. So...what happens if I get on B and DH gets on A? Will we not be sitting next to each other? YIKES!!!!

No reason to be nervous. I believe everyone on the same confirmation number gets the same boarding group. I simply had two confirmation numbers for my group because I made the reservation at the same time. Besides, there are plenty of seats for the "B" group. The point of my post was that if there is a particular seat that you prefer that you may wish to get your boarding passes as early as you can. If you don't really care where you sit, then relax and get your boarding pass when its convenient.
