Where are you in the planning process?

We're in the "booked it, now we're having buyer's remorse" phase, second guessing every decision.

I am in the let's go next Thanksgiving process. We have family near Disney so no need to book a hotel. We just have to buy the tickets. I am trying to figure out how to plan and have no idea where to start. I have seen some people make binders and I think this is what I am going to do so as of right now I am trying to find some binder designs and templates.
