Newbie to DISboards

I am relatively new to DISboards - glad to find a resource for Disneyland/WDW for Canadians.

I work at BMO so I added a couple of things to the stickied thread re: USD accounts and USD M/C - feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Heading to Disneyland on March 1 for 4 days - can't wait.

Have fun planning your upcoming trip. I have some research to do about DL for a friend who is going in June. I haven't been since 2007 and I know there have been some changes since then.

Hi Allie, welcome to the Disboards! We bank with BMO and have a BMO USD Gold MC that we collect our Airmiles with. Thanks to this card, we've been able to get enough airmiles to get 2 DL 3-day hoppers! Really sweet to save money on our March trip.

Crossing my fingers that the weather will be nice - some days forcasted for rain I think

We are staying at the Quality Inn on South Manchester - that's where we stayed last year and found it a good price and don't mind the little bit of extra walking.

This trip is strictly for Disneyland and DCA - we did the SoCal thing last year (had the City Pass and did Universal Studios, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo), so we're looking forward to getting away from freezing Alberta and getting down to (somewhat) warmer Cali.
