Newbie Thread - HoJo Ent Rates?

how far in advance do I need to book that? When are the dates released? Oh wise one, tell me all I need to know to accomplish this for a May 2009 trip!

You can probably book your dates now, though. Then when the dates are released, you can call and switch to the lower rate. Your best bet is to book Sunday-Thursdays, not on holidays (like Memorial Day). THey do sometimes list weekends as available, too, but obviously, not as often.

Be sure and call the hotel directly, though, and ask for IN HOUSE reservations. Much better informed and more helpful, there!

Yes, definitely call in-house reservations. If you call the 1-800 number you get central reservations and they will quote you a much higher Entertainment rate.
