I just posted my 'story' to the challenge thread but is there some sort of daily/weekly check-in? Does WISH stand for something?

Hope to do well!! I've got my trip coming up in Feb and want to look good and not be unhappy with all the pictures!!

WISH stands for "We're Inspired To Stay Healthy"! There are weekly check ins that someone will start on Sunday mornings and you can post your weekly progress there. Welcome to WISH! Everyone is very helpful and supportive, I am sure that you will love it here!

Hi gillis95 and welcome to WISH. As Kayeandjim00 said the members of WISH are very helpful and supportive. So it is great to be able to come to here with any problems or questions and have someone answer them.

There is a weekly check in thread posted every week, usually on Sunday. Watch for it tomorrow and post to it every week, if you can, whether or not you lose. It is just very motivational to read about everyone's progress every week. You'll see.

I wanted to welcome you to wish. Also a big HIGH - FIVE for jumping right into our Trick or Treat Challenge too! I post a thread every Friday and you the day you choose to weight in just post your loss toward you challenge lbs there. We are doing this thru Oct 31 (friday). So there's lots of time left to shave off lbs. Welcome to wish can't wait to watch you shrink!
