Hi!
I've been lurking here and am preparing to jump in, if that's okay. I don't have a real "plan" yet but this week I have been eating healthier and have begun exercising (i.e. brisk walks pushing double stroller, followed by abs and light weights and stretching) after a yearlong hiatus. I've done my "workout" 3 times so far and after each time I am SOOOO sleepy for the next hour or so, and more tired than usual the rest of the day. This isn't a good thing as I have 2 toddlers who need their mom to be wide awake and vigilant at all times!
The main reason I'm trying to get in shape and return to a healthier, more comfortable weight is so that I will have the energy to keep up with my kids. When will this energy kick in?
Right now I just feel tired and a bit sore, though I don't think I'm overdoing the exercise too much.
I respect all of you a great deal and hope to join you. Thank you in advance,
Janet
