We have had lots of folk here used the cemultiavantages offer for annual passes, hopefully someone will be along soon to reassure you :).

Don't worry.. I was worried as a newbie too, but it's a cinch. You pay to join, then buy the tickets ( I needed 2 adult, 1 child and 1 child free). You fill in the details then I sent them an email translated via Google.

See? Simple... and they arrived by recorded delivery from France pretty damn quick too.

We used them to buy passes last August and had no problems. :goodvibes

Thanks so much or the replies! Is there anyway to view the site in English? Or is it just French I'm afraid I'm going to make a mistake!!!

I used google translate to help with any parts I wasn't sure of but most of it was fairly straightforward. :goodvibes

Ok I'm getting there!! Do I need to pay €100 for registered post????

No it shouldn't be that much. Last August we paid E6.90

just did this in the last week or so:scared1: used google translate
.I signed up paid the 20€ they then sent my a password to log into the site ,, i purchased 4 fantasy passports at 119€ just click on the drop down amount and put in basket and go to check out :thumbsup2
I paid 6.90€ for postage they then emailed me asking how many childs pass i needed and i emailed them back with my request:thumbsup2
,that was last tuesday 12th and today (18th ) the postman knocked and i had my passes :woohoo::dance3::yay:

Ok got the postage sorted pressed the proceed button and something went wrong not sure if my transaction went through have emailed them to check as afraid to purchase again although would have thought I'd get an email if had gone through like of confirmation but didnt. Nothing is ever straightforward for me!!!!

Which is the best option for purchasing AP's. Using a shareholder discount or CE? It would our 2 adults and 1 child 9 years old.

Take into consideration postage and joining.

CE multi is slightly cheaper over shareholders for 3 Fantasy APs, and even more savings with CE multi if its 3 Dream APs you're buying.

Just to add, we got our Dream APs from CE in February this year. I bought 2 (with one free as under 7) and then bought an additional one a month or so later for myself.

We made them into permanent APs in the park during June half term and had no issues whatsoever!

Postage from CEMulti was really quick too :).

For anyone interested, I booked an AP rate for our reservation (well part of it) and was told we would need our permanent APs (not temp) for check in. Obviously we didn't want to go into the park with our luggage so tried checking in first with temp APs - the CM said it was no problem at all! We then just went to the park after dropping into our room and then got our permanent APs . Easy!

Sorry to hijack! Just wondering if anyone knows whether I would be able to purchase these APs from Australia?

I'm not sure but there is a contact email address on there - you could send them and email and ask. I think the postage rate quoted here is for Europe signed for, so wouldn't cover Australia, but they might be able to do something.

6.90€ is given for anywhere abroad so I don't see why Australia should be anymore expensive or pose a pb in ordering them

Contact Alice as she is really fast at getting back to you and is very helpful :goodvibes

Just a thought, last night I told my friend about their service and they asked if it automatically renewed each year? I said I do not know.
Was it a single purchase or will they automatically renew using my credit card next year?
The answer was no, it was a one-time €20 purchase to join the club for a year

Just for info no company here can set up a dd via your credit card. It has to go through your bank account and includes filling out forms and sending them off to your bank so no worries :goodvibes
