Newbie question - Birthday card autographs?

So, I just discovered this board. Wow! There is so much neat stuff here! I have two young daughters (ages 4 and 6) and we are taking them to Disneyland for our older daughter's 7th birthday in early November. I let her choose, and we're going to do the Minnie & Friend's character breakfast. I would like to make this really special for her. We don't normally do autographs (though they love meeting characters), but I thought it would be great if we could do some some of a special birthday card/book for them to sign. I have no idea what would be best, or even where to start... but I bet you guys will have some great ideas. So, if you have any ideas on what would be good, I'd appreciate it if you could please share them with me.
