I have never cruised before. I priced a seven night cruise on Cheaptickets and put down a deposit. I am not at all impressed with the customer service and I am starting to get a little leary. I got a quote from Dreams unlimited that is 67 dollars higher but I wonder if they have better customer service? Any thoughts on either service?

I've never used cheaptickets so can't comment on them.

I've used Dreams for 2 past cruises, one future cruise, a WDW trip and a future Disneyland trip. They have been wonderful to deal with and I hight recommend them.

Micdan.com out of Fort Lauderdale is fabulous. I have booked many cruises with her. They are hands on and very nice.

phone no. is 954 - 384-8233

Wouldn't hurt to call and speak with them. The more information the better

Just a little bump to try and get a few more responses....especially someone who has experience with cheaptickets.

Thanks!

I have no experience with cheaptickets ... unless you get some positive feedback on them, I think I would pay the additional $67 and go with a trusted TA. Good luck

A good TA will be there when you need something. For $67 I would be switching to All Seasons. They will do everything possible to meet your needs.

Another vote for MICDAN.COM - 1-800-385-8233. Dana will fix you up.
