Newbie Needs Help with Designs

I don't even really know where to start. We are going down in December and celebrating my son's 4th birthday and my daughter's 6th birthday (born 2 days apart). I wanted to have special T-shirts made for them as well as a group T-Shirt for the 20 other members of our party going.
