Fingers crossed on an offer I made today:

SSR 220 pts for $103 per point with 420 points coming 2/1/20

My stomach hurts!

We toured DRR, decided it wasn't for us. Debated resale and finally jumped in. This loaded contract might get us to Aulani in Sept. 2020 with my mom who is a pancreatic cancer survivor.

Any words of advice for me?!

Good Luck! I haven't purchased resale (direct through Disney, twice) but I can't ignore the bargain that is offered by the resale market. I'm hunting for my contract now.....Congrats on finding the perfect one for you!

Was the offer accepted by the seller? If not, I would put a time limit on it myself, say its only good for 48 hours. Don't let them jerk you around waiting for a better offer for a week.

I am waiting on confirmation from the broker, but she said she thought it would be accepted. It was a full price offer, but we did ask for the seller to split 50/50 the maintenance fees on the banked 2019 points.
A time limit is a good idea. I should have thought of that!!

Do not be surprised if they do not split the MFs. Typically people wont since you are the one getting to use the points. They might, just just be prepared for them to say no.
