Newbie from Michigan here

I have been lurking for weeks but finally decided to post.

We are planning to take our first trip to WDW in January. I have been before but it was over 20 years ago so it will be like going for the first time for all of us. The kids are really excited. We haven't really decided on anything yet. I think we are going to meet up with two other familes when we go. I can't wait to get actual details planned out.

I'm new here, also. Today I made our reservations and ADRs. I am so stoked to get on the plane and go.

Already my mind is working on a Feb. 2009 trip!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. We are so excited. Sometimes I think I am more excited than the kids are. I just got our planning DVD in the mail today so I can watch that this week and the Easter Bunny brought me the PassPorter's book which I am taking to class with me tonight to look at during breaks.

We are from the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo area.

Gillettes We might be down there the same time you are. I need to check my class schedule for next year to see when exactly I will be able to get away to go.
