Hello everyone,
Saw that most people post introducing topics here so thought I might as well could join in!
First of all: excuse me for spelling mistakes and such, I'm from Belgium and normally write and speak Dutch and haven't had any other English lessons then the one in high school so forgive me if I form a few weird sentences or words. Hope you can all still understand what I'm saying and if you don't then just say the word and I'll try to rephrase. :goodvibes

So as I said I live in Belgium, near Leuven. I'm currently 20 years old and still a student, should be done with school in June (finally!) and honestly I've got no idea what will come for me after that.
Obviously I'm a huge Disney fan. I've been following this board for quite a while (mostly for the restaurant reviews) so figured I might as well could join in with posting!
Been to Disneyland Paris 3 times now. First time was August 2009, second time November 2010 and third was November 2011. Seem to be unable to wait that long again so planning for April/August 2012 at the moment. Still doubting at what it's gonna be, stunt sale is coming this week for April so guess we'll have to decide by then if we're gonna go for it or wait for August. Hopefully I'll get the chance to visit the other Disney resorts somewhere in the future, but for now we're sticking to Paris since it's closest and cheapest considering transport etc.

My dear boyfriend is not nearly as much as a Disney fan as I am but luckily I've convinced him for one trip a year. To me a minimum, for him the maximum, unfortunately. :rotfl: So he's the one always accompanying me on my trips, and for now it's always been just the two of us.
Stayed at hotel Santa Fe, Cheyenne and Sequoia Lodge, loved the last one most. Oh, I'm a huge Duffy fan by the way. I completely fell in love with him once they introduced him in Paris.

Anyhow I look forward to chatting about the magic with all of you and if you have any questions about me, don't hesitate to just ask them! :goodvibes

Welcome! Your English is great! I don't know if you saw it, but there is a Disneyland Paris subboard on the main Disboards page - lots of great info there. We have been to Disney World and Disneyland about 20 times, but I would LOVE to visit Disneyland Paris one day. We might go when our oldest child finishes high school in a few years :-)

First, welcome to the DISboards, the place where you can learn alot even if you have been many times.

My cousin's son was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany so his mom, brother, me and my son went for a European adventure. Once we got to Frankfort his wife and little girl joined us and hit some major cities with a couple of days in each. We went to Barcelona, Paris, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin and Prague, all in two weeks!

While we were in Paris we took my cousin's granddaughter to Disneyland-Paris. It was very confusing to me because I think it takes a while to get yourself acclaimated to your surroundings and we were only there for one day so I would love to go back someday.

Your English is fine and I wish I could remember my Spanish as well as you compose sentences. However, I have to say that the rudimentary Spanish that I do know helped me understand menus, etc. My son's French was great for us getting around there.

Have a great time at DLP.
