Newbie considering 3/2008 rental....

Hi all! I've done some research on the boards but find some of it a *bit* overwhelming! I've not rented before, so am trying to educate myself in order to make things go smoothly! Any advice/input/suggestions on the following:

Looking to rent a studio or 1BR for 2 adults, 2 children (ages 8 & 4 in '08) at BWV or BCV - oh heck, anything would be wonderful!!! Planning for DD's spring break week - 3/23 (yes, it's Easter) through 3/28. We would plan on arriving in WDW on 3/22 and stay elsewhere for that first night. So far, I've determined that points would be 181 or 350 for the week, depending on room type and view......... beyond that, don't know when to start "asking" for availability of points to rent, what points would typically go for at that time of year (high/busy season), etc.

I appreciate any input all of you as the experts on this board can provide!!

Your best bet is to find either a BWV or BCV owner who can make those reservations 11 months from checkout day. That will be necessary for such a busy time of year.
